In the temple, you can enjoy camellia blossoms, wisteria, hydrangeas and other plants in different seasons; and you can also enjoy red leaves in autumn.

In addition, on the pilgrimage road at the entrance of the temple there are charming local handicraft shops on both sides.

Day 3TOKYO – UTSUNOMIYA

Changlu Seaside Park (October special broom grass)
The “broom grass” fur ball wave here is the new favourite autumn destination in Japan! Every fall, hills are covered with more than 30,000 red broom weeds. The shape of waves! The fur ball is very cute, like layers of red waves!

Nakaminato Seafood Market
If you want to eat fresh and cheap delicious seafood, Nakaminato Fish Market in Ibaraki Prefecture is definitely the first choice for food!

Oarai Shrine
Standing on a rugged coastline facing the Pacific Ocean, it is always washed by the waves. The name of this torii is “Kamiso Torii”, which means the torii on the shore of the gods.

Day 4UTSUNOMIYA – AKIU

Ootani Kannon-ji Temple
The massive 90-foot-tall Heiwa Kannon statue was built after World War II to symbolize peace and harmony.

Akiu Great Falls
Akiu Great Falls is also one of the three most famous waterfalls in Japan. You can see the surrounding greenery in summer and the beautiful leaves in autumn.

Akiu Shrine
It is well known for the God of Victory and Luck. Yuzuru Hanyu, an ice skater from Sendai City, visited this place, and many fans of Hanyu came to the shrine to cheer for his game and planted flags in the shrine to pray for victory.

Day 5AKIU – SENDAI

Pine Island Cruise
Listed as one of the “Three Views of Japan”, Matsushima is an island group with 260 small islands scattered inside and outside Matsushima Bay. There are four major views including “Magnificent Daikannon”, “Landscape Toyama”, “Great View Duomen Mountain”, and “Yuguan Fan Valley”.

Standing at these four viewing points, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the 260 large and small islands in Matsushima Bay, as well as beautiful scenery such as sunset and sunrise.

Wudai Hills
In Wudai Hall, you can look forward to the beautiful scenery of Matsushima Bay, which is a must-see attraction when visiting Matsushima.

Sendai Castle Remains
Sendai Castle is a must-see attraction when sightseeing in Sendai. Sendai Castle ruins are located in the famous Sendai Castle Park, and the city of Sendai and the Pacific Ocean can be overlooked from here.

Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port
This is the largest outlet mall in Tohoku, located between Sendai Airport and Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan.

Day 6SENDAI – LAKE INAWASHIRO

Yamagata Kumano Taisha
The highlight is the 850-year-old ginkgo tree, which is 30 meters high. Because it is so tall, you can see the golden ginkgo tree from a distance outside the temple.

Mountain Temple
The Buddhist temple built on the mountaintop looks like it is floating in the air from a distance. The mysterious and solemn atmosphere attracts countless tourists to pilgrimage, and it is also a popular sightseeing spot in Yamagata.

Wangjiang Fruit Picking Paradise

Day 7NIKKO – NARITA

Nikko Toshogu Shrine
Enshrines the most famous samurai leader, Tokugawa Ieyasu. Construction incorporates extraordinary ingenuity and extreme attention to detail.

Kegon Waterfall
The reason for the formation of the waterfall is that the water pressure of Chuzenji Lake is very high, causing water leakage at the bottom of the lake, and the water flows down the valley to form a waterfall.

Lake Chuzenji
In the rich nature, there are shrines and Buddhist temples registered as UNESCO cultural heritage sites.

Day 8TOKYO – KUALA LUMPUR

After breakfast, transfer to international airport for flight back to beautiful homeland.
