Your itinerary includes iconic landmarks such as Tiananmen Square and the Monument to the People’s Heroes, followed by an immersive tour of the Forbidden City, encompassing architectural marvels like the Hall of Supreme Harmony, Hall of Central Harmony, Qianqing Palace, Kun Ning Palace, and the Imperial Garden. Renowned as the world’s largest and most intact palace complex, the Forbidden City offers a glimpse into China’s imperial history. After a hearty breakfast, our itinerary unfolds with a visit to the renowned Juyongguan Great Wall, a historic stronghold along the northern expanse of the Great Wall of China. This site, counted among China’s ancient castles, holds significance as one of the “Nine Passes of the World” and the eighth of the “Eight Passes of the Taihang Mountains.” Designated a national-level cultural relic protection unit, Juyongguan proudly claims the title of the “Number One Heroic Pass under Heaven.” Following this captivating exploration, our journey continues to the enchanting Summer Palace, an opulent royal retreat and expansive imperial garden from the Qing Dynasty. Day 4Beijing – Chengde

Our first stop is the Chengde Mountain Resort, a summer palace of the Qing Dynasty that unfolds with serene landscapes and imperial architecture. Following this, we venture to Puning Temple, where the world’s largest gilt wooden statue of the Thousand-Armed, Thousand-Eyed Avalokiteshvara resides, a breathtaking testament to intricate craftsmanship.  The visit also encompasses an external view of the majestic Qinge Peak, adding to the allure of the day’s exploration. As night falls, we find ourselves amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Kangxi Street Night Market, a bustling hub offering a myriad of culinary delights. Moving through the city’s historical veins, we navigate the ancient cultural street, absorbing the echoes of bygone eras in its rich cultural tapestry. The Five Avenues unfold before us, each street telling a story through its architectural heritage, while the international architecture cluster stands as a testament to Tianjin’s global allure. The Tianjin Eye graces the skyline, a symbol of modernity and innovation, capturing our gaze in its iconic brilliance. A scenic car cruise along the Haihe River offers a picturesque view of the city’s waterfront, accompanied by glimpses of the distinctive Porcelain House and the allure of the Italian Style Street, where we can leisurely explore and lose ourselves in the charm of its unique ambiance. This morning, we embark on an exploration of Beijing’s urban landscape, beginning with a visit to the Temple of Heaven Park. We’ll discover its notable features, including the Circular Mound Altar, Echo Wall, and the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests. This site holds the distinction of being the largest existing ancient sacrificial architectural complex in China, serving as the imperial venue for ceremonies conducted by Ming and Qing emperors.  Continuing our journey, we traverse Qianmen Street, where we can admire the imposing Zhengyang Gate Arrow Tower, explore the historic Beijing Fang, and perhaps grab a coffee at the flagship Starbucks. Immerse ourselves in the literary world at the Page One Library, a renowned space for book enthusiasts. As we wrap up the morning, let’s wander through the charming Yangmeizhu Xiejie, a picturesque alley celebrated for its artistic ambiance, often frequented by us and other social media enthusiasts seeking its quaint charm.
