Arrive in Fuzhou, then venture north to Gutian and Minqing for a taste of Fujian’s tranquil countryside and cultural roots. Head south to Putian, known for its deep spiritual heritage, before continuing to the vibrant port city of Quanzhou, rich in history and maritime stories.
From there, travel along the scenic coastline to Xiamen, a laid-back island city famous for its seaside views and colonial charm. Along the way, pass through Zhangzhou and Nanjing, where traditional Fujian tulou and local life offer a glimpse into the region’s unique character.

3 Hours Before Flight Time
Take an international flight to Fuzhou. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.
Visit the Huang Naishang Memorial Hall in Minqing and stroll around the town. In Gutian, enjoy a distant view of Cuiping Lake, pay respects at Lingshui Palace to the Lady of Lingshui, and explore the local mushroom market before returning to Fuzhou.
Head to Fuzhou and visit the Yantai Hill Historic District, known as a window into Fuzhou’s past. Explore the famous **Three Lanes and Seven Alleys (Nanhou Street)**, known as the “living fossil of China’s ancient city block system,” and stroll through the **Shangxiahang** historical area.
Visit the thousand-year-old Kaiyuan Temple, the iconic East and West Pagodas of Quanzhou, and the landmark Bell Tower. Check in at the popular Xunpu Village and explore the traditional red-brick Minnan houses in the Wudian City cultural block. Then head to Putian and stroll through the old Xinghua Prefecture Street.
After breakfast, head to Nanjing to visit the Yunshuiyao Tulou Scenic Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring Hegui Building, Huaiyuan Building, and the ancient Yunshuiyao Path. Then continue to the historic city of Quanzhou.
Drive along the Island Ring Road with a distant view of Little Kinmen. Visit Zengcuoan, a charming artsy fishing village. Take a leisurely walk at the Yanwu Bridge viewing platform and admire the exterior of the Shimao Twin Towers. In the afternoon, head to Zhangzhou and explore the Ming and Qing Dynasty old streets.
Visit Jimei School Village, including the Jiageng-style architecture and Dragon Boat Pond. Take a
ferry to Gulangyu Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and “Garden on the Sea,” to explore its
international architecture, enjoy a distant view of Sunlight Rock, and stroll along Longtou Road
shopping street (includes electric car ride). End the day at Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and
the Eighth Market.
Transfer to the airport at the appropriate time to end the tour.
