Chongqing Wulong Lichuan Tour 重庆武隆利川深度游 (10339)

Take a flight to Chongqing. After arriving in Chongqing, you will be received by a local tour guide; you will then proceed to the hotel for rest.

After breakfast, take a bus to visit the world’s natural heritage, the Jinfo Mountain (cableway + bus round trip) – [Cliff Plank Road + Golden Turtle Chaoyang Trail + Ancient Buddha Cave (including battery car round trip)]. The Jinfo Mountain, known as the “No. 1 Table Mountain in the World”- has many reputations as “Earth’s Biological Gene Bank”, “China’s Medicine Bank”, and “Southern Snowfield”. After the tour, proceed to a local restaurant for dinner, check in to
the hotel and rest.

After breakfast, drive to Wulong to visit the Natural Three Bridges, experience the eco-friendly car, take the down elevator, and ride in an electric vehicle. The Wulong Three Natural Bridges, or Tiankeng, is a rare geological wonder and ecological tourist area in China and a typical karst landform. The scenic area is famous for its three majestic stone arch bridges: Tianlong, Qinglong, and Heilong Bridge. Afterwards, we will take you to the Fairy Mountain, known as the “Oriental Switzerland” and the “Summer Palace of the Mountain City”. Fairy Mountain has rare alpine grassland scenery in the south and is a leisure and summer resort in Chongqing.

After breakfast, visit the Chiyou Jiuli City of the Miao Handicraft Tribe. The Chiyou Jiuli City focuses on the culture of Chiyou, the ancestor of the Miao people. It showcases the traditional culture and architecture of the Miao people, which is full of rich Miao Fengqing. After lunch, go to Enshi to visit Tusi City; the cultural scenic spots include the Tusi City gate tower, antique bridge pavilion, exquisite murals and carvings, Tujia folk houses, stilt houses, etc. Then, visit the Enshi Tujia Daughter City, a national Tujia cultural gathering place- an urban entertainment centre in the Wuling area. After dinner, check in to the hotel for rest.

After breakfast, you will visit the Enshi Grand Canyon – Ground Crack Scenic Area (including an elevator ride). The Enshi Grand Canyon is a world geological wonder and a natural museum of karst landforms, and it is praised as being comparable to the Grand Canyon in the United States. The canyon has hundreds of miles of cliffs, thousands of feet of waterfalls, primeval forests, ancient villages, etc.. After lunch, visit [Longchuan Water Village (including boat trip)]. The scenic area is beautiful, with mountains, rivers, and lush green year round. It is named after the famous Tujia folk song “Dragon Boat Tune”, originated here. After the tour, return to Lichuan and check into the hotel to rest.

After breakfast, depart by car to visit the Changshou Ancient Town, a unique tourist destination that combines cultural attractions, a tourism hub, and a commercial complex. After lunch, explore the Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and visit the Guotai Arts Center and Kuixing Tower. Next, head to the iconic Hongya Cave Stilted Houses. “Hongya Cave” creatively incorporates the traditional architectural art of Bayu stilted houses with modern cultural concepts. It blends Chongqing’s unique Bayu folk culture, mountain-dwelling architecture, and dock culture, making it a globally admired and vibrant city landmark. In the evening, enjoy a Two Rivers Night Cruise to see the stunning nighttime views of the mountain city. After dinner, check-in at the hotel for a restful night.

After breakfast, take the Yangtze River Cableway – one-way included to visit the famous Chinese historical and cultural street, the key protected traditional street in Chongqing – Ciqikou Ancient Town. You can try the local snacks here, sit in a teahouse, and experience the customs and culture of Chongqing. Then we will take you to experience the Liziba Light Rail through the building and visit the most beautiful road in Chongqing – Zhongshan Fourth Road, Outside the Great Hall of the People, People’s Square and Raffles City Chaotianmen. After dinner, transfer to Chongqing Airport for check-in.
