Thanks to our cute tour guide Grace Wong and driver Allen makes our 10days 7 nights trip in Switzerland-France more... fascinating and memorable. Both of them are professional and friendly, we will receive their warm greetings everyday and everytime we are onboard on bus. I truely enjoy the journey, i like the way they explain to us about the history and story of the cities, food arrangements and hotel arrangements is really good. Grace is really patient in guiding the team, it is not easy to bring big group of people in the meantime match with the timing, although it is a bit rush for everyday activities, overall we enjoy the trips and fortunate we are able to visit all the places in the itinerary. I am highly recommend to join Holiday Dream!read more

Our tour guide Jack was amazing! He took care of all 32 of us with... so much patience and kindness. Even though it was a big group, he made sure everyone was safe, happy, and having a good time. The itinerary was well-balanced, especially the 4D3N at the 𝑫𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒔 🌄, which gave us plenty of time to truly enjoy the scenery. Accommodations were comfortable, the service was top-notch, and our tour manager Ms. Benee Tan was incredibly flexible and attentive to everyone’s needs.

I really appreciated the constant updates before and during the trip — from flight details and packing tips to daily weather forecasts 🌦️. Everything was well-organized, making the whole experience stress-free and immersive in Italy’s culture and beautiful environment.
